Where do you ship it to?
We are currently only shipping to all US states.
How soon you can get it to me?
Please bear with us while shipping times might be slightly impacted by current events. If we receive your order before midnight EST, our fulfilment center will ship out your order by end of day the following day latest. We are aware that some of you may have less time on their hands than others, which is why we are currently offering multiple shipping speeds:
Standard to US 48 (3-7 business days on average): Free on all orders
Standard to Alaska and Hawaii (3-5 business days on average): Starting at $11.99
Express to US 48 (2-3 business days on average): Starting at $11.99
Please note: Standard shipping to US 48 is free on all orders
When do you charge my credit card?
You are billed and charged when you place an order. For subscribers, you will receive a reminder 3 days before your card is charged.
If I sign up for a subscription, can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel any time as long as it’s 7 days prior to your next scheduled shipping date. Simply sign into your Rout profile page and click the unsubscribe button. If you have additional questions about your subscription please reach out to email@example.com
How do I place a return or exchange?
While we want people to love what we're making, we totally understand if things don't always works out. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
What’s your return policy?
Reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'd be happy to help you with you return or exchange! Please include your order number and send an email to email@example.com
You'll be refunded the full price you paid when checking out, minus original shipping charges. Refund inquiries must be sent through email.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.
